By accessing or using this web site (the “Site”) operated by QCF, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your access and use of the Site, which includes any text, graphics, user interfaces, information, data, tools, products, services and other content (together, “Content”) available on or through the Site. The term personal data describes any information relating to an individual, where the individual is identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly, by reference to that information.  Examples of personal data include:  

  • names;

We may collect personal data about you through this Site, and any connected sites. We collect and use your personal data for the purposes of operating this site, monitoring and analysing traffic on this Site and monitoring the impact of our charitable activities.

We do not collect names, email addresses, addresses or other personal data through this site.  

We do not use automated decision-making processes.  

We may share your personal data where we determine that disclosure is necessary to protect or defend our rights or property, including with tax authorities, regulators, courts of law, governmental, regulatory or law enforcement agencies. We may share your personal data with our internet service providers. 

Your data will not be transferred outside the UK.  

We will generally keep personal data about you for as long as necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected, or for such longer period as required under applicable law or necessary for the purposes of our other legitimate interests.  

If you are a resident of the UK or the EU, you have the following rights, including the right to:
